    Found it...

Posted by Unknown on 22nd Aug 2012

Well.. I have been through so much frustration shooting through glass windows. I searched for something like this for a while and finally read the blog post about Lenskirt on Philip Bloom's website. I didn't think more than once to order it. As soon as i got it delivered, I decided to put it to work. And shot my favorite city Chicago from behind glass and here it is., http://500px.com/photo/12131647 If it wasn't for Lenskirt, no way i would have got this shot. Trust me, I have tried..

    Finaly, a solution

Posted by David Pex on 4th Aug 2012

I was searching for a while for a solution to eliminate glare and reflections when I was taking pictures through windows. Finaly I found "lenskirt", very easy to use, doesn't take much space in a camera bag and doesn't weigh much, almost nothing. I take it every time when I go out taking pictures.

Best fifty bucks I've spent in decades

Posted by Francis Zera / zeraphoto.com on 28th Mar 2012

I got two Lenskirts about a year ago and have traveled around the planet with them. They pack down to nearly nothing, and have allowed me to make awesome photos and timelapses from hotel rooms, etc., that would have otherwise been impossible due to glare and reflections. Just get one, or two - you won't regret it.

Great idea, awesome product, needs to be larger

Posted by Brian Korosec on 27th Jan 2012

This is a great product for shooting through glass. I do find however the open end that attaches to the glass needs to be wider to accommodate for angled shooting, and wide angle shots. I usually end up extending one side with gaffers to accommodate shooing not straight on. With a 16mm or wider the skit appears in the frame on a full frame camera.

Lenskirt, where have you been all my life?

Posted by Troy Paiva on 18th Jul 2011

I used a borrowed Lenskirt to shoot into the windows of an abandoned mortician's parlor in Bodie Califonia, and it worked perfectly. Easy to use, no reflections, no fuss no muss. I love how it folds up so small and weighs nothing. Why someone didn't invent this handy gadget 50 years ago, I'll never know.

    I love the lenskirt!

Posted by Bill Rook on 3rd Feb 2011

I raise salt water fish and coral and have always struggled getting pictures with my camera through the aquarium glass. I've tried many different ways to get good pictures ranging from towels to blocking out all lights in the room. I just received my lenskirt and have been using it with my Canon G11. WOW! What a difference! I am amazed at how easy this is to setup. It blocks absolutely all reflections! I must admit I was skeptical before ordering but now that I have one, I cannot recommend it enough. I rarely leave reviews but the lenskirt is certainly worthy! Thank you for the wonderful product!

    An ABSOLUTE Must!!!

Posted by Cristina Valdivieso on 23rd Jan 2011

I have been using the Lenskirt with my 5d and 7d for timelapses through glass and what a difference! It use to take me 30 minutes to tape enough black shirts and gaffers tape to the hotel window so I could eliminate all the refections and now it just takes seconds. Pure awesomeness. Thanks Lenskirt :)
